The focus of the strategy and work of ANAW is on welfare and humane treatment of all animals for human welfare. ANAW is working in partnership with many other organizations to enhance compassion, appreciation, protection and care for all animals and conservation of biodiversity for mankind.
Five team leaders guide ANAW’s projects and activities, led by a Head of Programs who is complimented by Team leader – Research, Team leader- Animal Welfare and Emergency Response, Team leader- Biodiversity Conservation and Community Involvement, Team leader-Development Programs and Team leader- Communications and Outreach. With the Executive Director, Finance and Administration officers, this makes up ANAW’s management team.
