Product RETURN POLICY – Terms & Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your order, please visit www.anaw.org/shop-returns and complete the online returns request form. In the request you will be required to provide details that will help us process your request.

NOTE that refund or replacement of product is only applicable when the buyer returns the product within 7 days after receiving the order; this may be due to;

Having received the wrong product or damaged product.

Preference of another product of the same value immediately on receiving the order. – This will only be accepted if the buyer communicates to the sales department immediately through the fastest mode of communication within 2 working days  either through a request form (for overseas buyers) or alternatively through a phone call

Time difference exceptions may be made for orders outside Kenya at our discretion). Items must be returned to us as new, with all original packaging and in a saleable condition.
You will be responsible for return shipping charges and we will incur the cost of redelivering the exchanged goods.

We will not accept returns that have been mishandled or damaged by the buyer. Each product has undergone quality control during production.

Once a request has been received. We will communicate within 12 Hours and proceed with the request examination.
